Bedroom 1: contains two single beds, bedside centre table and lamp, wardrobe cupboard and a small en suite shower room. This room has a window looking to the rear of the property.
Bedroom 2: The largest room, set up as two single beds with bed side tables either side. This room also has a small en suite shower room and a window over looking the beautiful driveway, gardens on Langley Manor and the sea.
Bedroom 3: This room is set up with a double bed and is right next door to the main bathroom. This room also has a view over the gardens and to the sea.
All bedrooms come with lighting, lamps, extra cushions, towels, small storage & cloths hanging areas.

Kitchen:

The modern looking kitchen is perfect for anyone who wants to cook and eat meals whether staying with friends, family or colleagues, there is plenty of space, appliances and storage for you to use to make you feel as at home as possible.

Living & Dining area

This area is totally open plan and provides a large space to dine and relax in perfect for families and larger groups. The dining table set up for 6 is just outside the kitchen to make serving up dinner nice and easy and the living area is just further down with two large sofas and a coffee table. This area is a great area to log onto the Wi-Fi and watch some TV after a long day. The balcony doors can be opened to give you a stunning view while you sit giving this area a relaxing and calming feel.

The house as a whole is situated in a perfect area just outside of Torquay giving you the combination of peace, quiet, convenience and accessibility. The open plan living & dining room area surrounded by the 3 separate bedrooms allows you to have privacy in the late evenings and early mornings with the en suites but bring everyone together when the time is right into one larger comfortable room with an easily accessible kitchen.
